Sam’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, business transactions and general business representation with an emphasis in health, disability and life insurance litigation, construction law and secured lending. Sam is the author of the Idaho Chapter for the American Bar Association’s Misrepresentation in the Life, Health and Disability Insurance Application Process, Editions 1-3.

He represents many local and national clients throughout the United States in a variety of complex matters, litigation and transactional.

Sam is a trusted advisor who functions as outside general counsel for many of his clients providing a full scope of services and helping them protect their organizations. He believes in building true partnerships with clients and giving them strategic direction and solutions that represent their best interests. He approaches representation of his clients in result oriented and efficient manner.

During his free time, Sam enjoys whitewater rafting, fishing, and skiing with his wife and two daughters and plays in a recreational ice hockey league.
