Shareholder Sam Diddle for over 30 years has been helping businesses and companies navigate their legal issues. Specializing in commercial litigation, business transactions, and general business representation, Sam’s work is characterized by an emphasis on health, disability and life insurance litigation, secured lending and construction law.

Originally from Tennessee, Sam’s legal journey took him across various states before he found his home in Boise, Idaho, 30 years ago. With a rich history of providing services throughout the United States, Sam has developed a reputation for delivering strategic legal solutions to both local and national clients, handling complex matters in both litigation and transactional contexts.

Sam’s legal skill is not merely a manifestation of his years of experience but also a testament to his intellectual curiosity. Since his early days as an attorney, he has embraced the challenge of addressing complex and difficult legal questions.

In his professional role, Sam is a trusted advisor who provides clients with comprehensive services assisting with all their legal issues. His specialized experience in health insurance representation and first-party bad-faith lawsuits adds a crucial dimension to his legal repertoire.

Beyond representing clients in litigation, Sam extends his professional contributions as the author of the Idaho Chapter for the American Bar Association’s Misrepresentation in the Life, Health and Disability Insurance Application Process, Editions 1-3. Further, he offers general representation for large insurers, negotiating contracts, and interfacing with government regulators.

Beyond his legal practice, Sam is a devoted family man. He loves spending time with his wife and two hardworking daughters, often enjoying outdoor activities like whitewater rafting, skiing, and fishing. He also keeps the competitive spirit alive with regular participation in a recreational ice hockey league.
