Mr. Walters joined the firm in August 2003 and became a shareholder in 2009.  He practices primarily in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis in employment law, fiduciary/probate disputes and ski industry litigation.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Walters served a one-year clerkship for The Honorable Ronald J. Wilper, District Judge, Fourth Judicial District of Idaho.  Mr. Walters went to college at the University of Montana and graduated from the University of Idaho Law School in 2001. When not dealing with legal issues, Mr. Walters enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
