Julianne S. Hall
Julianne Hall joined Elam& Burke in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hall practiced in Denver, Colorado for four years and then with another Boise litigation firm for almost eleven years. Her primary areas of practice are first-party insurance defense, third-party insurance defense, insurance coverage and professional malpractice defense. She has also handled complex commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, construction defect litigation, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Hall is on the Board of Directors of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel. She is also currently President of the Idaho State Bar Professionalism and Ethics Section. She has been a Section Officer for the past five years. She is also an active member of the Idaho Women Lawyers and formerly served as its Chair of the Health and Wellness Committee. She has also served as Mock Trial Judge for several years for the Idaho Law Foundation. She has also participated in the Professionalism and Ethics Orientation for first year law students at both University of Idaho and Concordia Law Schools for several years.
Ms. Hall grew up in Montana and attended Montana State University. She earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho. She is married to another lawyer, Brady Hall, and they have a son and a daughter. Ms. Hall enjoys downhill skiing, running with her dogs and spending time with her family.
