Attorney Molly Miragas (Hage) brings a unique perspective to the legal world. Specializing in general and commercial litigation, Molly’s practice areas encompass real estate, construction defects, premises liability, first-party and third-party insurance actions, auto negligence, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage. Her knack for securing favorable results for her clients has been demonstrated repeatedly in both state and federal courts, through trial and by leveraging dispositive motion practice and alternative dispute resolution.
Initially aspiring to become a doctor, Molly’s path took an unexpected turn during college registration at the University of Southern California, where she realized her knack for debate and a deep-rooted passion for justice led her to become a lawyer.
Before returning to her roots in Idaho, Molly was a litigation partner at a law firm in Fort Lauderdale for over 10 years. Her experience and expertise are recognized across multiple jurisdictions, with licenses to practice in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Florida.
In early 2020, she came back to Boise driven by a desire for closer family connections and a more balanced lifestyle. Molly joined Elam & Burke in 2021, after serendipitously crossing paths with her neighbor, an E&B firm shareholder, who spoke about the firm’s business approach and shared values on prioritizing client representation and delivering optimal results.
Molly’s academic journey is as distinguished as her professional one. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, earning a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science, and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Molly also obtained her J.D. from USC, serving on the Executive Board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. A drive to delve deeper into the legal world led her to the University of Miami, where she attained her LL.M. in Real Property Development and received the Lori Hodges Sklar Academic Excellence Award.
Beyond the courtroom, she finds joy in traveling and exploring new destinations with her husband and two beloved dogs, Kona and Tinkerbell. They enjoy the city’s ever-evolving flavors and food scene, from its farm-to-table establishments that celebrate local ingredients to its thriving breweries. She also embraces the abundance that Idaho has to offer outdoors, particularly finding enjoyment in hiking and golf.
