Ms. Kohler’s practice focuses on business counseling and transactions with an emphasis on outside in-house counsel work, regulatory law and compliance, real estate transactions, trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement, brand protection, pharmacovigilance, and nonprofit entities.

Ms. Kohler is a member of the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to joining Elam & Burke, Ms. Kohler represented consumer plaintiffs in class action litigation, served as in-house counsel for a global beauty and wellness brand, and worked for a well-known Boise law firm. She was born and raised in Boise and in her free time enjoys baking and decorating French pastries and layer cakes.
