Mr. Ipsen joined the firm in 2001. His practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, real estate, tax and pensions, with extensive experience in ERISA cases. He also has significant experience in environmental, contract, and business litigation cases. Mr. Ipsen has authored articles for the Idaho Law Review, Taxation for Lawyers and Taxation for Accountants, and was a co-author of Idaho Practical Probate.
