Abigail R. Germaine
Ms. Germaine’s practice focuses on public utilities, municipal law, water, and energy. Ms. Germaine has extensive experience advising on issues of public government and agencies, including private-public partnerships, government contracting, public works, and administrative law. Ms. Germaine has represented clients in front of the Idaho Department of Water Resources, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, and various quasi-governmental entities. Ms. Germaine also has experience with land use issues, including easements, planning and development, and purchases and sale agreements.
Ms. Germaine is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court.
Growing up in a small town in Eastern Washington, Ms. Germaine has a great love for the outdoors and enjoys trail running, kayaking and whitewater rafting, and traveling.
