Anthony is an attorney at E&B focusing on business litigation and insurance matters, with an expanding emphasis on transactional work, intellectual property, and technology-related issues. His background includes experience in private practice and in-house roles, providing him with a practical understanding of how legal decisions impact business operations.

Anthony is originally from Idaho and was raised in both Idaho and Illinois. He earned his undergraduate degree in history and philosophy with a minor in religious studies from the University of Idaho and received his Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school and early in his career, he worked on matters involving municipal defense, medical malpractice, employment law, and commercial litigation, experiences that helped shape his interest in representing businesses across a range of legal needs.

He began his career in private practice in Boise, where he focused on third-party insurance defense and related litigation. Anthony later moved in-house with an automotive group, where he worked closely with ownership and management on contracts, risk management, and business strategy.

At E&B, Anthony handles first-party insurance and business litigation matters and works with the firm’s business team on transactional projects. He is drawn to the contract-based and analytical nature of first-party insurance work and values the responsibility of managing matters directly while collaborating with experienced attorneys. He is also developing his intellectual property practice, with a particular interest in advising clients in technology and innovation-driven industries.

Outside of the office, Anthony is a classic Idahoan at heart. He enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, fishing, and golfing, as well as participating in other seasonal activities and spending time with his wife and family. He is an avid reader with a strong interest in history and philosophy, and values maintaining balance between his professional responsibilities and life outside the office.
