Recently named the 2025 “Lawyer of the Year” in Workers’ Compensation by Best Lawyers in America, Jim’s influence extends far beyond his exceptional client representation.
Jim’s contributions to the legal community are as remarkable as his courtroom successes. He played a pivotal role in forming the Young Lawyers Section of the Idaho State Bar and in founding the American Inns of Court in Boise. His active involvement in the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel includes serving as president (2001–2002) and contributing to initiatives that promote professional development and mentorship.
