Elam & Burke is growing and currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our Boise office.
We are hiring for two positions:
• Litigation Attorney (5–7 Years of Experience)
• Transactional Attorney (5–7 Years of Experience)

The Litigation Attorney position offers the opportunity to handle complex civil litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. Candidates with experience in commercial litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, insurance defense, real estate disputes, or related areas are encouraged to apply.
The Transactional Attorney position is ideal for an attorney with experience in business and commercial transactions, including contract drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, easements, land use and entitlement matters, government and municipal law, and mergers and acquisitions.
