Former Ada County Prosecuting Attorney Erica White Joins E&B!

We’re excited to announce that attorney Erica White has joined Elam & Burke. Erica brings a wealth of experience as an accomplished litigator specializing in civil defense litigation, insurance bad faith cases, and appellate work. Erica comes to E&B after nine years at the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, where she handled a diverse range of civil litigation, including defense against civil rights violations, attorney and medical malpractice, personal injury, whistleblower claims, and employment discrimination. Her addition to E&B strengthens our litigation team, adding her proven courtroom expertise and dedication to advocacy.
