Please welcome our newest attorney addition, Whitney Faulkner, who has joined Elam & Burke as Of Counsel. Whitney is a civil litigator with more than 20 years of courtroom and investigative experience. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including labor and employment disputes, administrative law, professional liability, and healthcare litigation. Before joining Elam & Burke, Whitney spent 21 years as a prosecutor in Washington State and Idaho in Ada County, handling all manner of criminal investigations, major felony cases, and complex jury trials.
