Joyce A. Hemmer’s litigation practice focuses on consumer/commercial claims and insurance defense, including professional liability, product liability, auto accidents, premises liability and construction defects. She also handles contract disputes and insurance coverage matters. Joyce represents individuals and businesses throughout Idaho in state and federal court, as well as arbitration. Ms. Hemmer joined Elam & Burke in 2019. She earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School and B.A. in Journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill.
Thomas J. Lloyd III focuses his practice in commercial litigation, representing individuals and businesses in matters involving partnerships, property, employment, products liability, banking, and contracts litigation. Mr. Lloyd’s practice spans the administrative, state and federal courts of Idaho, as well as the state and federal courts of neighboring states, from the trial through the appellate levels. He is an Idaho native, having earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Idaho, and obtained his J.D. from the George Washington University.
