John S. Simko is an accomplished attorney, who focuses his practice on corporate law, finance, securities litigation, and mining. His experience extends to negotiating high-stakes transactions and managing intricate legal issues in the mining industry.
John’s legal journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Idaho in 1961, followed by a Juris Doctor from the same institution in 1966. His academic excellence was recognized during his time as Editor in Chief of the Idaho Law Review. John also served as a Lieutenant in the US Naval Reserve from 1961 to 1977, including active duty from 1961 to 1963. His tenure included the successful resolution of significant environmental and financial disputes, demonstrating his adeptness at managing complex legal challenges.
