Audi Lowry represents clients in civil litigation and trust and estate matters, helping individuals and businesses manage complex legal issues with thoughtful guidance and practical solutions. She provides clear communication, thorough preparation, and a sincere understanding of her client’s goals during significant life moments.
Before joining Elam & Burke, Audi served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Annie McDevitt of Idaho’s Fourth Judicial District. During her two-year clerkship, she gained insight into all stages of trial, researched and analyzed complex legal issues, drafted judicial opinions, and worked on a broad range of civil and criminal matters, including felony criminal hearings, personal injury, medical malpractice, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and appeals from administrative decisions. Working alongside the court gave her valuable perspective into how judges evaluate legal arguments, weigh evidence, and make decisions, experience that continues to shape her approach to client advocacy.
A Boise native, Audi knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in law. She was drawn to the profession not only by its intellectual challenges, but by the opportunity to advocate for others and provide guidance during difficult and often deeply personal circumstances. She approaches each client relationship with compassion and professionalism.
Audi earned her undergraduate degree from Boise State University before receiving her J.D. from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. After graduation, Audi returned home with a goal to assist the members of her community. Shortly after being admitted to practice, Audi became the Chairperson of the Idaho State Bar’s Young Lawyers Section and founded Idaho’s Wills for Heroes program, helping provide estate planning documents to local first responders through a pro bono legal clinic.
Outside the office, she enjoys baking, hiking with her dog, Henry, and exploring Boise’s growing restaurant scene with her husband.
