Jeffrey A. Thomson Received Top Rating in Appellate Law

Elam & Burke, P.A. is pleased to announce shareholder Mr. Jeffrey A. Thomson has been selected as a 2013 Top Rated Lawyers in Appellate Law by American Lawyer Media and Martindale Hubbell.  Mr. Thomson has appeared before the Idaho Supreme Court and Idaho Court of Appeals more than 25 times. Mr. Thomson was recognized for his appellate practice which requires a sophisticated understanding of the appeal process and developing legal trends.  In addition to appellate law, Mr. Thomson also practices in banking, insurance and business litigation.
