Elam & Burke Welcomes Trial Lawyer Joshua D. Johnson as Of Counsel

Elam & Burke is pleased to announce that Joshua D. Johnson has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Josh is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, representing businesses and business owners in contract disputes, shareholder and business conflicts, estate and trust litigation, and other complex civil matters, as well as insurance defense litigation.

Over the course of his career, Josh has tried more than 100 cases to verdict across a wide range of subject areas. His litigation background will allow him to serve clients facing high-stakes commercial and fiduciary litigation.
