Molly joined Elam & Burke in 2021 as Of Counsel. Her practice focuses primarily on general and commercial litigation, including first party and third party insurance actions, construction defects, premises liability, auto negligence, professional liability claims, real estate, and insurance coverage. Molly has obtained favorable results for her clients in state and federal courts through dispositive motion practice and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm and moving back home to Idaho, Molly was a litigation Partner at a law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she practiced for over 10 years. Molly is licensed to practice in Idaho, Washington, and Florida.

After being raised in Boise, Molly graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, with a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, where she was on the Executive Board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Molly continued her legal education at the University of Miami, where she earned her LL.M. in Real Property Development and earned the Lori Hodges Sklar Academic Excellence Award.

Molly enjoys running, hiking, traveling, watching football, and exploring Boise with her family, including her lab and newfoundland.
