Mr. Krueck primarily focuses his practice on commercial litigation and all aspects of construction law, involving complex engineering, building, heavy construction and insurance claims. He has represented companies and individuals in a wide variety of construction related disputes, both public and private, including delay and impact claims, construction management disputes, defect claims, procurement matters, and lien and bond claims.
Mr. Krueck advises clients in commercial real estate transactions, construction contracts, secured transactions, entity formations, and land use planning. He also has extensive experience representing clients in administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies.
