Elam & Burke is excited to welcome Joe Southers as an associate attorney at Elam & Burke. Mr. Southers is an experienced trial attorney whose practice will emphasize general civil litigation, medical malpractice defense and insurance defense. Mr. Southers practiced civil litigation with a private firm in Boise prior to joining Elam & Burke. Mr. Southers holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Idaho College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. While at Kansas, Mr. Southers was a member of the men’s baseball team. Mr. Southers was raised in Eagle, Idaho.
