Jade C. Stacey
Mr. Stacey’s practice focuses on various areas of real estate litigation and transactions, including sales and acquisitions, financing, foreclosures, and landlord/tenant issues. Mr. Stacey represents businesses, individuals, brokers, agents, and home inspectors. Mr. Stacey’s practice also includes experience with business law, collections, insurance defense, products liability defense, and civil litigation in general.
Mr. Stacey is an Idaho native. He obtained his bachelor’s degree at Boise State University and his juris doctorate degree at the University of Idaho. Following law school, Mr. Stacey served as a law clerk to the first woman to be appointed as a district judge in Idaho – the Honorable Deborah Bail, District Judge, Fourth Judicial District.
